SHIPPING POLICY

 

Every RetroRugVault rug is handmade by our manufacturing partners and ships directly from the workshop to your door.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment.

 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

Because every rug is made to order, please allow:

• Production: 5–7 business days

• Shipping: 10–18 business days

• Total estimated delivery: 14–28 business days

 

You will receive tracking the moment your rug ships.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of the EU.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (international)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees in their country. These vary by location.

 

DELAYS

Holidays, weather, and customs can occasionally cause delays. If your rug has not shipped within 10 business days, email support@retrorugvault.com and we will chase it.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Reach out within 7 days of delivery date with a photo and we will replace or refund — no fuss.
