ARE YOUR RUGS HANDMADE?

Yes — every rug in The Vault is hand-tufted to order by our manufacturing partners. That is why each one has character (and why no two are identical).

HOW LONG WILL MY RUG TAKE TO ARRIVE?

14–28 business days from order to doorstep. Production takes 5–7 days, shipping takes 10–18 days. We will send tracking the moment yours ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes — US, CA, UK, AU, and most of the EU.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY RUG?

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, gentle hand-wash and air-dry flat. Skip the washing machine — it will wreck the tufting.

WILL IT SLIP ON MY FLOOR?

Most of our rugs have a non-slip backing. For extra grip on hardwood or tile, grab a rug pad — 5 minutes, $10, problem solved.

IS THIS A GOOD GIFT?

Honestly? Yes. Every order ships in retail-ready packaging.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because rugs are made to order, we do not accept changed-my-mind returns. But if your rug arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — email us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.
